Google Trends plots how popular a search term is over time. Basically, how many times people type into Google to look for such information. So, the previous entry shows you the search volume over the last two years and where those searches comes from.

Google Trends can also show you the comparison between two search terms. Such as: Blogdrive, Blogspot.
